Constitution Day Panel Discussion

The Constitutional Democracy Project, in conjunction with Chicago-Kent College of Law’s Institute on the Supreme Court of the United States, will hold a virtual panel in honor of Constitution Day to address the question, “What Does the Constitution Say About Voting?” This panel will focus on the history of the right to vote in this country and the role of federalism in defining the scope and operation of the right. The panel is scheduled to last an hour and will be open to the public.

Speakers who will be featured include:
