ECE Seminar by Dr. Hongkun Li

The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering invites you to join an ECE Research Seminar. We are pleased to welcome Dr. Hongkun Li as he gives his talk on “System Architecture of 5G Core Network.” In it, he will address a new network architecture utilized in 5G networks, called service-based architecture, which is based on network slicing, a network function virtualization technology. Li is a Senior Staff Engineer in the Research and Innovation department at InterDigital. His expertise is in system architecture and core network design of the cellular network.
