Celebrate National Library Week with the Galvin Library and Chicago Public Library’s Bee Branch who will be hosting a library card drive on Wednesday, April 22, in Galvin Library’s upper level from 2:30–4:30 p.m.

To register for your free public library card, all you need to do is come to the library’s upper level, right by the stairs, and bring the following:  a state ID or driver’s license with your current address and picture. If you live on campus or your current address does not match your ID, bring proof of your current address, such as a bill or other piece of mail postmarked within 30 days. Please note: CPL cannot accept P.O. boxes as valid addresses. Anyone who registers for a card will receive their card on-site. Additionally, per new CPL policy, your card will never expire! Stop by to get your card, visit with Galvin Library staff and CPL librarians, and learn about everything the public library can do for you!
