Many physical problems involve moving interfaces. Two fluids meet in a Hele-Shaw cell at the interface with Laplace-Young condition satisfied is a classical model. The boundary condition is the difference of the pressure is due to the surface tension and the mean curvature. A complexity will arise with a different boundary condition. We consider the interface to be an elastic membrane with a bending rigidity , a function of the local curvature. We have categorized several types of instabilities and showed some parameters study. And also we do some numerical results to compare with linear analysis.
