Join the Department of Food Science and Nutrition for this FDSN Seminar Series event featuring guest speaker Charles A. Sims, a professor of food science at the University of Florida.

The different types of sensory tests will also be discussed, including discrimination testing, consumer acceptability/preference testing, and descriptive analysis. Examples will be given for the use of each type of sensory test. Then, Sims will share an overview of some of his research with sensory analysis.
