Student Health and Wellness Center
The Student Health and Wellness Center provides health, advocacy, wellness, and knowledge to the students and community of Illinois Tech to promote holistic, life-long success. Access, Card, and Parking Services (ACaPS)
The ACaPS office issues HawkCards (student identification card). If you have not already done so, please submit your photo for your HawkCard. You can contact the ACaPS office at acaps@iit.edu. The office is located in Hermann Hall, Room 201, 3241 South Federal Street, Chicago, IL 60616.

U-PASS
Illinois Tech participates in CTA's UPass program. The CTA U-Pass offers unlimited rides for students on any CTA bus or train during the Fall and Spring semesters. More information on how to request a U-PASS is available here.
Office of Residence Life
For all students living on campus, please note that the Office of Residence life manages housing and food contracts and the move-in process. You can contact the office at housing@iit.edu. It is located at 3241 South Wabash Avenue, Suite 110, Chicago, IL 60616.
English Language Services
If you are required to take the English Language Assessment or need English assistance, please contact els@iit.edu with your full name and student ID number.
Office of Technology Services (OTS)
The Office of Technology Services is your resource for technology assistance related to the internet, wi-fi, logging in to the MyIIT portal, and any other technical issues. You can contact the OTS Support Desk at supportdesk@iit.edu. It is located in Paul V. Galvin Library, Upper Level, 35 West 33rd Street, Chicago, IL 60616.
Office of Graduate Admission
The Office of Graduate Admission assists prospective students with navigating and understanding the process of applying to Illinois Tech’s graduate programs. You can contact the office at grad.admission@iit.edu. It is located in Perlstein Hall, 10 West 33rd Street, Room 206, Chicago, IL 60616.
