Pritzker Donors Honored with Room Dedications

Illinois Institute of Technology dignitaries recognized those who made major contributions to the renovation of the Robert A. Pritzker Science Center by dedicating classrooms in their honor on April 9.Those attending the ceremony included Colonel (IL) J. N. Pritzker IL ARNG (retired), daughter of the late Robert A. Pritzker (IE ’46), past University Regent and chairman of Illinois Tech’s Board of Trustees, who was the lead donor of the renovation project. Also in attendance was Col. Pritzker’s son Andrew, who unveiled a classroom dedicated to his grandmother Audrey G. Ratner, as well as Mayari Pritzker (Ph.D. PSYC ’01), widow to Robert.Classrooms dedicated include the following:• Room 125 is now the Ron Hochsprung (CS ’72) and Lynda Bowlin Conference Room• Room 131 is now the Anita Nagler (LAW ’80) and Robert Moyer Conference Room• Room 136 is now the Robert E. Frey Jr. (CHEM ’65) Chemistry Suite• Room 129 is now the Cyrus Chung Ying Tang Foundation Classroom• Room 121 is now the Albert B. and Audrey G. Ratner Classroom
