Research Interests

Dr. David Lampert's research focuses on applications of new technologies to improve the sustainability of food, energy, and water resources and enhance water quality. His major research areas include:

  1. Wastewater treatment and reuse
  2. Assessment and remediation of contaminated sites
  3. Water quality modeling and monitoring
  4. Computing technology applications for water systems
  5. Life cycle assessments of food, energy, and water provision
