ASEE Illinois/Indiana Sectional Conference Challenge – 1/17 Deadline!
IIT Armour R&D student authors are invited to submit abstracts of papers for the Student Paper Competition at the 2014 American Society of Engineering Education (ASEE) Illinois/Indiana Section Conference, held at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, Indiana on March 8, 2014.
The first deadline for abstract submission is January 17, 2014.

If your abstract is selected for presentation, IIT Armour College of Engineering will sponsor travel for student to Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, Indiana. In order to be eligible for travel support, please submit a copy of your abstract to: engineering@iit.edu, Subject: Submission to ASEE Contest.
Abstracts should be 350 – 500 words in length and must be submitted electronically using the conference website
www.rose-hulman.edu/roseval.aspx and by clicking on the Undergraduate Paper and Poster Submissions option on the left. Abstracts may include up to one figure. If you encounter a problem with the submission, please contact Mackenzie Valandingham, Conference Planner at valandin@rose-hulman.edu. Students may not enter the same project in both the poster and paper competitions.
Entrants will be expected to prepare and submit their paper in advance in accordance with the schedule found at www.rose-hulman.edu/roseval.aspx and attend to present the paper. For group projects, at least one group member is required to register in accord with the above schedule; each co-author attending the meeting must register as well. Student co-authors who are not attending are not required to register. Winners of the student competitions will be announced at the end of the luncheon on Saturday, March 8, 2014.
