Using Voice-Call Authentication

When the voice-call authentication option is activated, you will receive a phone call that will provide a code, and then you will enter that code on your MFA screen. If you choose to enable this method of MFA, we recommend using a mobile phone number instead of an office phone number, so that you are not limited to verifying your identity from one static location.

To Use This MFA Method

  1. Click Call. You will receive a phone call and the code will be provided to you in the spoken message.
  2. Click Redial if you do not receive a phone call right away.
  3. Answer the phone, and type the code you hear in the Enter Code field.
  4. Click Verify.
