Any person who has been the subject of sexual harassment/misconduct may file a report with the Title IX Coordinator, Virginia Foster, at 312.567.5725 or foster@iit.edu. Reports of sexual harassment may be made in person, by mail, via telephone or email, or online at www.iit.edu/incidentreport.
Illinois Institute of Technology must keep confidential the identity of any individual who has made a report or complaint of sexual discrimination. When an exception is applicable, Illinois Tech will use its best efforts not to disseminate identifying information beyond those who have a need to know, which generally may include the parties and the Title IX team members.
