A President for All: The Inauguration of Raj Echambadi

The Illinois Tech community joined local and national academic, civic, and business leaders to celebrate the inauguration of the university’s 10th president, Raj Echambadi, on Friday, September 17, 2021. The ceremony was held on Illinois Tech’s historic Mies Campus in Chicago and broadcast live across the globe.

CARES Act Update

Illinois Tech has received a limited amount of funding to assist students with emergency grants through the CARES Act. The CARES Act specifically designates these funds under the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF) to provide direct grant assistance to students to cover expenses related to the disruption of campus operations due to COVID-19.
