Why did you choose your major/what do you want to do with your degree?
I want to pursue a dual degree in Biology and Psychological Science, as this interdisciplinary program will allow me to develop a deeper understanding of mind-body interactions and functioning, allowing me to better serve my patients as a future physician.
What is your favorite thing about the Camras Scholars Program?
I enjoy meeting students from various backgrounds and interests and learning from them.
Where do you see yourself in 20 years?
I see myself as a practicing physician who is involved in both education and legislation to improve the overall health of my community.
How do you think you best represent what it means to be a Camas Scholar?
I wrote, edited, directed, and filmed a six-part wellbeing video series for survivors of domestic violence. I followed this up with a social media mindfulness series.
