Industry Assistant Professor of Business Administration Helen Ezenwa (she/her) joined Stuart School of Business in 2013. She has extensive experience in human capital management and program and project management in the nonprofit, government, and financial services industries. She also serves as the assistant dean for partnerships and social innovation at Stuart.

Before joining Stuart, Ezenwa was vice president and program manager at JP Morgan Chase, where she managed employee training programs for the technology, finance, compliance, human resources, and operations sectors. She has higher education strategic planning experience in enrollment management and has contributed to driving culture at nonprofit and government organizations, leading to an inclusive workplace.

She co-chairs the university Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee and is the presidential fellow for equity and belonging.

Ezenwa’s research interests include management and the intersection of gender and race in leadership from a societal impact and equity perspective.

She teaches courses in Advancing Careers in Education, Social Entrepreneurship (MBA 529), and Project Management Power Skills (PM 508).
