Health appointments at the Student Health and Wellness Center are free of charge. However, you may incur fees if you are in violation of our cancellation policy. Failure to attend your health appointment without notifying your provider at least two hours in advance will result in a "no-show fee" of $10 per missed appointment. First-time vaccines are 100% covered by Aetna Student Health if you have the Student Health Insurance Plan. Otherwise, costs are out of pocket; you may file a claim for reimbursement through your insurance company with the payment receipt you receive.

You may pay these fees in person at the SHWC or online. Failure to pay these fees may result in a hold on your student account.
