|E-2 or E-3 Schedule A Group II||Individual has exceptional ability in the sciences or arts with widespread acclaim and international recognition and has been practicing their science or art for at least one year prior to application||Must have an offer of permanent* employment that requires an individual of exceptional ability in addition to the normal EB-2 or EB-3 minimum education, training, and experience requirements||None; must include completed ETA 9089 with United States Citizenship and Immigration Service|
*A permanent position is one that is non-temporary and currently budgeted.
**Special handling for faculty requires the labor certification to be filed within 18 months of the job offer.
