Commencement 2026: A Milestone Moment
On Saturday, May 16, 2026, Illinois Tech’s 2025–26 graduating class of 2,972 students will celebrate the next milestone on their life’s journey during the university’s 157th Commencement ceremony at Credit Union 1 Arena in Chicago.
To mark this occasion, Illinois Tech is highlighting seven students, one from each of the university’s colleges, who have demonstrated exemplary work and determination in their field. Each of these students shared their memorable experiences, the lessons they learned along the way, their future aspirations, and what Illinois Tech means to them.
