Applicants lacking this foundation (e.g., in multivariate calculus, linear algebra, probability and statistics, object-oriented programming, or data structures) may be required to complete relevant prerequisite courses before being fully admitted to the master’s program.

Is the GRE/GMAT required, optional, or waived?

The GRE is generally required for admission to the M.A.S. in Data Science program. However, the GRE requirement may be waived for applicants who have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in the United States with a minimum cumulative grade-point average of 3.0/4.0.
