OTS encourages the university to use:
- Google Meet (https://meet.google.com) is a free web-based conferencing solution available through our Google Apps for Higher Education agreement.
- Zoom is a cloud-based video communications app that allows you to set up virtual video and audio conferencing, live chats, webinars, screen-sharing, and other collaborative opportunities.
- Blackboard Collaborate Ultra
All other services are paid and are discouraged by OTS and the Finance Division.
