All calls are confidential. As a complement to student health and wellness services at Illinois Tech, the Aetna Student Assistance Program offers you these services:
- 24-Hour Telephone Access: You can talk to a licensed mental health professional toll free, 24 hours a day, about any issue. All calls are confidential.
- Interactive Web Resources: With Aetna’s easy-to-use Web resources, you can search for information on relationships, stress, academics, finances, and other issues of special interest comfortably and privately.
- Face-to-face counseling sessions in a community provider setting, with no claims to file.
