Student Research

Students have the opportunity to discover and explore research topics through the Armour R&D Program and through student-led projects. These programs encourage students to build on their research and begin to develop innovative products, tools, or processes.

Our mission includes cross-disciplinary research through our institutes, centers, and core research competency areas. Program objectives include integrating research from other departments and disciplines at Illinois Tech, in addition to partnering with universities, government laboratories, research organizations, business organizations, and industry.

For more information, take a look at our research institutes and centers and learn more about our faculty research.
