Students interested in enrolling at Illinois Tech for Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) from crosstown institutions must submit the ROTC Crosstown Admission Form below. A member of the Office of the Registrar team will send information regarding registration for ROTC Crosstown courses.
- ROTC Crosstown Admission Form: This form must be completed by students seeking academic credit from Illinois Tech as part of their ROTC Crosstown registration. Students who have previously taken Illinois Tech courses or who have already been admitted into the Illinois Tech ROTC Crosstown program do not need to complete the form.
