Illinois Tech’s graduate visit opportunities allow you to become acquainted with the university, our facilities, and the faculty in your prospective department, in addition to our Career Services team. Our attendees consistently emphasize the value of these visits, and we trust that you also will find them informative.
Our counselors also visit colleges and universities throughout the country, providing you an opportunity to learn more about the admissions process in your area.
Graduate Admission Enrollment Adviser Appointments
Join us and discover how Illinois Tech can assist you in advancing your career. If you have specific questions about degree programs or the admission process, you are invited to sign up for an individual appointment with an enrollment adviser. All our enrollment advisers are knowledgeable about the full range of Illinois Tech graduate programs and can help you determine which program may be the best fit for you.
Appointments are available via phone or online. Phone and video appointments are listed in the U.S. Central Standard Time. Video conference details will be shared in the confirmation email. For phone appointments, the enrollment advisor will call you at your scheduled time.

Accelerated Decision Events
Illinois Tech invites you to take the first step in enhancing your future, by completing our application to attend one of our Accelerated Decision events. During this process, prospective students can apply to be considered for an Accelerated Decision where you will find out within one week if you are accepted into your desired program.
Prospective students who are selected for an Accelerated Decision Event are eligible for a scholarship up to $10,000.
Please make sure you have your transcript/official semester-wise mark sheets and résumé available to upload before you begin your application.
If you are selected for an Accelerated Decision Event, the appointment will be conducted via video conference. Students must have access to a computer with video and microphone capabilities.
Online Information Sessions
Learn more about our graduate programs by participating in an hour-long online information session hosted by our enrollment advisors and award winning faculty. There will be a 45 minute formal presentation, immediately followed by a 15 minute question and answer period which will allow you to submit questions to be answered live. All times listed are in U.S. Central Time.

Ask A Professor: Applied Mathematics
What do climate change, finance, data science, sports analytics, engineering, and software development all have in common? They all have foundations in mathematics. Discover how a degree in applied mathematics can open doors to these careers, and many more, by speaking with a professor from Illinois Tech’s Department of Applied Mathematics. These virtual visits occur on Thursdays from 3 to 4pm CST.

Career Services Appointments
Beyond attracting more than 120 top employers to campus, our Career Services team prepares students through individualized coaching, résumé writing workshops, and small group events.
To meet with Career Services during your visit, let us know when making your initial appointment. Our staff welcomes prospective students by appointment 10 a.m.–2 p.m.
