The university reserves the right to require an employee granted any leave provided for in this Employment Leave section of this Handbook to reimburse it for any benefits received, including, but not limited to, all premiums paid to maintain health coverage, if the leave was determined to be secured by fraud, negligent misrepresentation or otherwise under false pretenses.
