The Ombudsperson seeks to facilitate the resolution of disputes between students and staff at all levels within Illinois Tech's Mies Campus. In essence, the Ombudsperson is a mediator, who acts with neutrality and impartiality in an effort to achieve mutually agreed to outcomes. The Ombudsperson is committed to seeking a fair resolution of disputes, but the Ombudsperson does not have the power to impose a resolution. The Ombudsperson can be reached via phone at 312.567.3642.
