The Academic Year 2024-2025 housing application is open! This application is for students looking to secure housing for the 2024-2025 academic year—Fall 2024 and Spring 2025. To access the Academic Year 2024-2025 housing application, please click here and log in to the StarRez Housing portal (with the Student SSO option) using your Illinois Tech username and password.
Please note that the Academic Year 2024-2025 application room selection will prioritize both students grouped together in roommate groups of 2-6, and students completing their housing application by the priority date of April 8th, 2024. All rooms are subject to availability.

Important Dates
April 8th - Applications submitted by students in roommate groups by this date will be given the earliest possible randomized time slot within a student’s respective class status in order to select rooms.
April 15th to 21st - Room selection opens for applications submitted by April 8th from students in roommate groups.
April 22nd - Room selection opens for all other applicants, including ungrouped students that applied during the priority application period.
