2022-23 Room and Board Contracting
The 2022–23 application and contract are live in the Housing Portal. You can indicate your preferred building on the application, but please note that room placements will be based upon open rooms available at the time.
Incoming First Year Undergraduate Students
Apply to live in student housing by completing your housing contract in the Housing Portal. The contract allows you to select your housing preferences, including residence hall and roommate preferences. All first and second year students on campus will live in either Kacek or Cunningham Hall.
Students who live with a parent or guardian within 20 miles of Illinois Tech’s Mies Campus are eligible for a student housing waiver. All other waivers will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and approved by the Office of Admissions, so make sure to discuss with your admission counselor if this applies to your situation.
If you have any questions about the housing application or room assignments, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
