Khalilah Guyton-Hamlin is responsible for providing leadership and management in the area of CourseLeaf CIM, as well as operations of budgeting, planning, policy, data-sharing agreements, academic calendar, registration, course scheduling — CourseLeaf CLSS, course room assignments, Clearinghouse, VA certifications, and final examination scheduling. Responsible for the oversight of scheduling and registration; and serving as the Banner student lead and FERPA compliance officer.

Associate Registrar
Simone Wilson is responsible for providing leadership and management in the areas of registration, grading, enrollment verifications, degree verifications, personal update requests, FERPA compliance, end of term processing, Clearinghouse, and transcripts.

Ayesha Qamer
Courseleaf Administrator
Ayesha Qamer is responsible for all functionalities of CourseLeaf, which includes CAT, CIM, and CLSS. She also is responsible for providing first-level support in registration, assisting in making basic updates to the course schedule to ensure accuracy as it relates to classroom assignments, faculty assignments, and maintaining documentation for registration processes, both internal and student-facing.
